Personality: formally insane and is trying to hold back what insanity is left in her. She was raised by an abusive mother and shunned by pears making her want any attention she can get. That includes hateful. She cannot survive without being the center of attention.
She is a seductive girl who would do anything for attention. That's just her in a nutshell.

Paired Meister: None as of yet.

Self-Weapon Skill: Creating a powerful scythe outside her human body in case of an emergency. In this way she does not necessarily need a meister, but she would rather have one. She may also make two small scythes in the palm of her hands making twin blades. She most often uses this one because it moves faster and cuts clear.

Hand-in-Hand Skill: Electrical Cannon- She charges up her electrical currents and concentrates them into the palms of her hands. She them lands a hit to any part of the opponents body and it sends them flying in the direction hit.

Movement Skill: She can fly from the special wings that she has. Even though the wings are not feathered or anything like that, they have a special way of making her fly that is unknown to anyone.

Soul Resonance Skill: "Ibitsuna Yume"-- or Distorted Dream. She may create a very powerful soul resonance between herself and her own weapon form and make her half-weapon self stronger while performing this. If she finds a meister this soul resonance skill will increase in power drastically.
This illusion creates visions of the person, distracting the opponent and his/her weapon. The weapon becomes unusable and they must rely on their minds, which are trapped by the maddening illusion. This can cause pain throughout the body even after the move's major effects wear off. She likes to relax during the fight and watching the opponents' struggle to gain their own mind back. She takes the time to store energy for a finishing move, or to just attack then and there. (The move lasts about 10 posts overall)

Techniques: "Kyōki wa nani mo nai"-- or Insanity is Nothing. She lets out her sadistic and insane past's memories to let out anger and aggression on the opponent.
"Furaito"--Flight (sounds a lot alike XD). Flying to evade.
"Souru otoshiireru"-- or Soul Entrap. An actually very basic move despite the long name. Konari stuns the victim using a unique control over electrical currents in her body and makes it easier to swallow their soul after the battle is finished. It is rarely used because it never really helps in the battle.

History and RP

History: Due to her insane, violent and.. odd past, Konari has chosen to leave most of it out. She will tell you, however, about her abusive mother and insane father who was never in her company. She was shunned by many people and almost killed herself out of the pain of it all. She had barely had any friends throughout her life and chooses to get attention in all the wrong ways up until she was 14. She was somehow born with the control over the electric currents in her body and found a way to torture animals and eventually people with it.
She walked-- after being shunned by schools, "friends", and even her whole family-- to find the academy and restart her life with a better image.

Konari had a evil smile on her face as she cat lay there twitching and writhing in agony. The laughter exploding out of her mouth and the fire burning in the palm of her hands while concentrating her electrical energy on the cat's heart was frightening the people around her. She was just fine with torturing anyone, no matter how public it was. She liked the audience.
Laughter and gasps were heard from the area and drew in more people. and the cat's head eventually exploded, leaving a dead carcass in the grass and blood and intestines on Konari's usual black dress. Screams were heard from small children in the group and a smirk formed on Konari's face as she was satisfied with what she had just done.
She walked away with a victorious feeling, smoke coming from the palms of her hands as they cooled down. Konari's looked at the small children, a crazed look in her eyes as if they were next. Her horns and wings would be enough to scare the people around her, but she would make it worse by walking around like a mass murderer with blood and organs on her clothing.
Once she got past the crowd, she looked forward and began to skip back home as if nothing happened, whistling a happy tune, letting blood drip from her dress along with the insides of the animal she had just tortured and slaughtered.
